FAQs

I have forgotten my user name and/or my password. How can I access my account?

To reset your password visit the patient portal password reset page or call us at 801.965.3531.
*It may take up to 72 hours to receive a temporary password for your account.

Hint: Usernames are typically a person’s first name, last name, and year of birth or your full email address.

Can I see my lab results on the Patient Portal?

Yes! You can expect to see most lab results within seven business days of the result.

In some instances, lab results may not be published to the patient portal. If you don’t see your results, please contact your physician’s office.

Can I see my imaging and other ancillary results on the Patient Portal?

We are working on it! For now, you can call your physician directly for the results of any CT scans, X-ray, colonoscopies, or other ancillary services.

Can I view my medical records?

Medical summaries from the last two years can be accessed through the patient portal.

Please be aware that medical summaries are not complete records. To request a complete copy of our medical records, simply use the Medical Records Request form or call 801.965.3471.

Can I access the patient portal using my smarthphone?

Yes! Download the free Healow app from the Google Play or Apple App store.
